“The Latest Crave” started as a wholesaler of Elaine’s grandmother’s famous english toffee. We make the toffee right here in our shop.
You will always be welcomed in our shop with an invitation to sample our toffee which sits proudly on our bakery case every day. Our toffee is made with rich creamery butter and fresh almonds and is frosted with milk chocolate and sprinkled with finely chopped pecans.
Toffee is also available in dark chocolate. The toffee is sold in our shop and is available in 4 oz., 1/2 pound and 1 pound gift boxes. We also sell lesser quantities by the pound out of our bakery case.
Our toffee makes the perfect gift for your hostess, teacher, or birthday, and is great for holiday giving. We also have special pricing for corporate orders. Please call for details.

The Latest Crave

We began as a wholesaler of English toffee. The toffee was made at this location during the off hours of its previous tenant, a sandwich shop. When the deli closed its doors, “The Latest Crave” decided to move in and establish themselves as a cupcake shop, but not without continuing to make the English toffee.

The shop, with it’s entrance on Franklin Street, is attached to the Berry House Shops on historic 3rd Street in Geneva, Illinois. The shop opened its doors in November of 2008 after perfecting cupcake recipes months earlier.

You can find the shop by looking for the bright green polka-dot awning out front. The pink door is a hint to what you’ll find inside. The shop is warm and inviting, with an emphasis on making customers feel at home.
